Join Together is an organization leading initiatives to help communities respond to the harms caused by excessive alcohol and drug use and provides free internet services supporting their efforts. One of their web sites, JoinTogether.org, has recently made available an interesting article about the evidence of drug use that appears in city sewage. The results are surprising, and a little sad.
